Our Services

  • Individual therapy is a one-on-one counseling session between individuals and their therapist. In these private meetings, individuals talk about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and the therapist provides support to help them understand their challenges and develop coping strategies for issues like anxiety, depression, life stress, or other mental health challenges. It's a safe space where the person can express themselves freely and work towards personal growth and healing.

  • Couples therapy helps partners improve their relationship. In sessions, the therapist guides the couple in discussing their feelings, resolving conflicts, and enhancing communication. The goal is to strengthen their bond, understand each other better, and work through challenges together. It's a safe space where both partners can express themselves and learn tools for a healthier relationship.

  • Family therapy helps families improve their relationships and communication. During sessions, a therapist works with family members to address issues, resolve conflicts, and understand each other's perspectives. The aim is to strengthen family bonds, foster a supportive environment, and promote healthier interactions among all members. It's a space where everyone can share their feelings and work together to solve problems as a family.

The program is based on the Emerge Model, a client-centered, psycho-educational, and skills-building curriculum.

How long is the program? The BAG is a 26-week psychoeducational program. All participants must attend an initial assessment, group orientation, and 26 sessions lasting 2 hours each. There are NO excused absences and a maximum of 2 make-up sessions. Compliance and progress reports will be provided upon request.
